Shipping Terms

A. Shipping Costs & Information

Shipments are by default only possible to the countries listed below via DHL. Please refer to the table for applicable shipping costs and delivery times.

If you wish to ship to another country, please email us before ordering at hi@mimosasformami.com with the item name, quantity, and full delivery address (country and postal code). We will check availability and inform you of the shipping costs.

B. Damaged or Lost Orders

1. Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged items and packaging to hi@mimosasformami.com. We will arrange a replacement or an alternative solution promptly.

2. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 7 days, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment or refund as needed.

C. Returns & Complaints

• Returns are possible within 14 days without providing a reason.
• Please register all returns in advance by emailing hi@mimosasformami.com.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
